How does one get this job?

I was running some errands earlier and got stopped at a traffic light for a few minutes. I saw a backhoe that was busy working on the sidewalk so I started watching it. It was moving all this dirt around and there were a few men (4 to be exact) standing there watching the guy in the backhoe move all this dirt. Once the dirt had been moved enough... the other guys started 'working.' All I am asking is... how do I get THIS GUYS JOB? Right here...
I guess each one is the personal supervisor of one of the workers? IDK... either I want the money from my taxes that pay their salaries back or I want his job! That's all.
